Best Western Chatuchak - Bangkok

The location couldn't be better—just a stroll away from JJ Market and the MTR station. The Scandinavian-style room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for family time. The staff was accommodating, although some amenities fell short. Despite a few hiccups, I appreciate the convenience and will happily return for another stay.

The spacious windows let in ample light, while heavy drapes ensured a restful night. The kids loved the beautiful park nearby, perfect for unwinding. We appreciated the location near Chatuchak Market and easy access to the metro, though some areas need attention, particularly the bathroom odors. a worthwhile experience.

Particularly good and amazing location, nearbya train station. The staff was WELCOMING and accommodating, everything was excellent.

Our double room was complete with beautiful views. The location was ideal to an establishment having insurance for such damages and the staff here was friendly and helpful;)))

Super base for exploring Bangkok. Fairly clean place accompanied by amiable and helpful stuff. Big room plus cable channels, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers. Big beds and a clean bathroom. Ideal location for our visit to a public park a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Check-in process frustrating!!! Power issues causing lights and AC to flicker!!! Noise from nearby music kept me awake throughout my stay!!! Common areas have a noticeable lack of air conditioning!!! Significant improvements needed!!!

The spacious bathroom featured nice toiletries and the breakfast had a good egg and pasta station that added variety. The staff were helpful, ensuring our family felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

Best Western Chatuchak's location is a huge plus. Just a short walk to the Or Tor Kor Market for early local breakfast, and really close to the Chatuchak weekend market. The hotel building feels new, and I booked a Junior King Suite that comfortably fit three of us with a nice living area. The room had a good view and decent amenities. I faced some issues . The extra bed I requested wasn't ready upon check-in. It took about 20 minutes to sort out. Although it was arranged, my main bed was pushed against the window was good. I expected three sets of slippers and toiletries since I paid extra for the bed, but only received the additional towels. Another downside was the persistent sewage odor in the restroom. It was noticeable in the lobby too. This probably needs better management. The staff were generally pleasant, and check-in was smooth, but they seemed unaware of the odor issue.

It was just a reliable pick for a little getaway in Bangkok with good value for price. The spacious bathroom featured nice toiletries, made my stay more comfortable. Bring a power bank for your devices since charging stations are limited in the lobby.

The hotel's modern design and clean, spacious rooms. The location is perfect, just a walk away from the metro, made exploring Bangkok easy. Plus, the friendly staff always were really good too ensure I felt welcomed. I was kinda surprised by the efficient wi-fi, made planning my daily adventures easy!
